Optional training session to prepare for Maryland's New Private Pesticide Applicator exam. Private Hard copy of the Pesticide Applicator Core Manual is available for purchase during business hours at the Extension Office before the exam; the cost is $10, payable by cash or check only. Join us for a "heart-to-heart" discussion on heart health, nutrition, and practical tips for healthy shopping and cooking to reduce the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and other chronic diseases.

4 credits for private pesticide applicator recertification. Please bring your certification number to receive credit.

The meeting will be held on January 25, 2024 at the Hereford Fire Hall- Summit Manor at 510 Monkton Rd., Monkton, MD 21111. Numerous commercial displays and representatives will be there to discuss new products and plans for the upcoming year.

This meeting serves as Recertification for Maryland private pesticide applicators and offers recertification credits for Pennsylvania recertification. Also, producers can attend specific presentations to renew their Maryland nutrient applicator’s voucher.

The doors will open at 7:30 a.m. to visit commercial exhibits and refreshments. The presentations begin at 8:15 am and will end by 12:30pm. Lunch will be served following the presentations.
