Join us for Dining with Diabetes, a diabetes education program for adults with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes and their families. Dining with Diabetes teaches healthy meal planning and other self-management skills. the Dining with Diabetes program is offered as a series of four weekly classes and one follow up class after three months. Each in-person session includes diabetes education and food tastings.
This program will meet on Wednesdays, from 5-7 PM, on May 7, 14, 21, & 28, 2025.

Dining with Diabetes is a national program designed for adults with type 2 diabetes. The program teaches skills needed to identify and understand important information about managing this disease. Dining with Diabetes complements and does not replace other diabetes education and management programs. It includes a series of four weekly, 2 hour sessions, and a three month follow up session.
Join us on October 5th, 2024 for a family fun day at at the farm to see agriculture education in action! Events are geared for children and include tractor races, milking contest, feed bag toss, compost chaos, egg operation, and more! This family event is free to attend and is located at the Frederick County Farm Museum Fall Fest at Rose Hill Manor Park in Frederick, MD. We hope to see you there!
