Join the Master Gardeners of Harford County and discover the best practices for successful container gardening. Learn the best plants for attracting pollinators and identify the challenges you might encounter.

The Master Gardener Volunteers of UME Allegany County will hold a plant sale on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm at the UME Allegany County office, located at 1 Commerce Drive, Cumberland, MD. Vegetables, flowers, native plants, and other plants will be available at the event. Funds from this sale go towards supporting future Allegany County Master Gardener Volunteer educational and community programs.

Join University of Maryland experts for an engaging workshop on drinking water quality, including how to test your water and understand your results. Connect with researchers, share your experiences, and enjoy complimentary refreshments. All residents from the Eastern Shore are welcome! We will provide a 30 minute presentation and resources on how you can protect your drinking water, and thus your health.
