Seed-Saving Smarts Hands-on Workshop
- Lexington Park Library
- 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Harvesting your own seeds saves you money and gives you more variety in your garden. Master Gardeners Molly Moore and Darcy White will teach you the difference between shakers, beaks, coneheads, and more, and will guide you in cleaning and packaging seeds to take home. We welcome beginners as well as experienced seed collectors.
After the presentation, samples of native plant seeds will be available for practicing your new skills!
Register to receive a reminder email; walk-ins welcome as space allows.
