This food preservation series is intended to provide a hands-on learning experience for beginners and advanced canners.  Each workshop begins with a class lecture then participants go into the kitchen to make their own canned produce to take home.  Fee includes instruction, recipe, and all the equipment and produce to process your own preserved jar.

This year’s Poultry Grower Expo will include a tradeshow with 25+ businesses and several educational sessions throughout the day, including generators, generator maintenance, energy savings, solar opportunities, heater repair, and summer readiness.

Dining with Diabetes is a national program designed for adults with type 2 diabetes.  The program teaches skills needed to identify and understand important information about managing this disease.  This is a series of four weekly 1.5 hour sessions.

Cecil County Master Gardeners will teach the basics and benefits of vermiculture from setup to harvest, that can help even the smallest spaces yield big results.
