It may be chilly weather as winter approaches but Master Gardeners will teach you how to cultivate and grow fresh herbs in containers this winter and in your garden next spring. You'll also learn specifics about a variety of common and uncommon herbs.

Enrollment is limited to 30 people to keep the group small and allow for more interaction, networking, and hands-on opportunities. Description: Part 2 will include a combination of classroom and hands-on exercises to provide participants with opportunities to work with grazing tools and fencing materials and to implement some of the practices learned. Participants will also have an opportunity to talk with course instructors to begin developing a customized grazing plan for their farm.

Hidden Waters raises beef, pork, poultry, and produce using rotational grazing practices to optimize soil health and sells their products at their on-farm market store. Topics of discussion will include working towards increasing plant and animal diversity and their challenges and successes with integrated multi-species grazing.
