Nicole has been a 4-H/EFENEP programs assistant in Somerset County since 2000. With a 4-H and EFNEP split, Nicole runs the 4-H club component of the county 4-H program and serves as and outreach person, providing school-aged children nutrition education programs. Nicole assists the 4-H Club Leaders with maintaining their 4-H Clubs by attending monthly meetings and compiling club reenrollments. Nicole is also teaches nutrition education classes for in-school and after-school programs throughout the county.
