Bonnie Turley is an Extension Program Assistant with Talbot County 4-H. Bonnie provides support for the Talbot County 4-H Clubs, club members, volunteers and parents. Bonnie also provides outreach and educational support for the local youth in the community through the Talbot County Fair, Mid-Shore STEM Festival and other community events. Bonnie created a STEM-themed Science in Action afterschool group with a community center.

Bonnie worked for over ten years as an aquatic toxicologist and enjoys sharing her experiences as an active participant helping protect Maryland’s rivers and the Chesapeake Bay. Bonnie enjoys educating people about the need for recycling and stresses the need for reducing waste and re-using items.
