If you participate in any of the following programs, you automatically qualify for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP): SNAP, Survivors Benefits, WIC, Medicaid, Veterans Pension, Lifeline, SSI, and Public  Housing.

Discover the benefits of the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and how it can help you access discounted internet services. Volunteers will be available to assist you in signing up for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), creating an email address, download the HABC App and provider resources to help you stay informed and connected.
