Susan became employed with the University of Maryland Extension in August 2008 as Administrative Assistant II and is currently located at the Western Maryland Research & Education Center.
Her areas of expertise are in graphic arts, web content and design management, and Qualtrics.
She has an A.A. Degree in Commercial Art (1983) from Shepherd College (now known as Shepherd University). She formerly worked as an Administrative Assistant for Rehoboth United Methodist Church in Williamsport, MD.
