Becky Ridgeway is a 4-H Agent in the University of Maryland Extension - Carroll County office and has been employed with the Carroll County 4-H program since 2012, when she started in her role. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Extension Education from West Virginia University, where she continued on to earn her Master of Science from WVU in Agricultural and Extension Education. While working on her Master's degree she taught a Global Foods and Industry class.
Becky focuses on animal science programming, teen leadership, clover and junior fun days, volunteer development, and works with providing educational programming with elementary schools in Carroll County. She also works with bringing 4-H programming into after school programs.
