UMD’s Food Safety Training Lab featured on ABC’s 20/20: VIDEO

The University of Maryland’s Joint Institute for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (JIFSAN) was recently featured as part of a special report for ABC’s 20/20 called “The Dirt on Dining Out.” ABC’s Elisabeth Leamy conducted an experiment at JIFSAN’s International Food Safety Training Lab to demonstrate how E. coli is spread through improper hand washing.
