Rachel Forlifer is the Healthy Start Early Education Coordinator for Maryland SNAP-Ed. Originally from Cumberland, she obtained her bachelor's degree from Marist College, and then went on to receive her Master of Food Studies degree at Chatham University. Most recently, she worked as the SNAP-Ed Project Leader and Nutrition Educator for Washington County. Previously, Rachel served an AmeriCorps term as a Nutrition Educator at Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, as well as holding internships at the Southwestern Pennsylvania Food Security Partnership and Pittsburgh Food Policy Council.
