Joseph Yeo Myung Cho, Ph.D., was hired by Maryland 4-H and focusing on programs in social justice and civic engagement. He has a B.A. in Agricultural Education (Leadership emphasis) from University of Missouri – Columbia, M.A. in Agricultural and Vocational Education (Career Education emphasis) from Seoul National University, and Ph.D. in Agricultural and Extension Education & International Agriculture and Development dual-title from Pennsylvania State University. His research focuses are on career development, program evaluation, and mentoring. He developed and implemented mentoring program, onboarding program, career development programs, and professional development programs for students and professionals.
