Policy Exceptions

The Office of Assistant Dean, Academic Programs, can, on occasion, grant exceptions to standing policies concerning academic issues. Students who believe they have just cause to obtain such exceptions should 1) consult with their academic advisor and 2) submit a formal request.

You may file your request through this web site. Follow through the self-guiding form, making the appropriate selections and responses. A copy of your request will be forwarded to your indicated email address.
