Travel and Study Abroad Scholarships
The College of Agriculture and Natural Resources offers a variety of opportunities for students to travel to exotic locations, absorbing the culture while completing credits towards their academic program. Limited funds are available for study and travel abroad. One scholarship in particular is for travel and study in developing countries. Upon submission of application for scholarships towards travel and study abroad programs, students will be required to present material to the college verifying the usage of scholarship funds for their travel/study program. This can be in the form of an email from the program organizer or supporting materials such as a plane or e-ticket.
Students interested in financing study abroad through university scholarships should consult the UMD Education Abroad scholarship website.
