Frugal Dad Undergraduate Scholarship
Frugaldad.com is offering a $5,000 merit scholarships to be given out in June. This is an opportunity available to all types of students in all majors, and is an excellent way for students to win and secure financial aid.
Scholarship Details: Frugal Dad Scholarship 2012 is awarded by Frugaldad.com.
Scholarship Deadline: Monday, April 30 2012 at 11:59 PM EST
Award Amount: $5,000 non-renewable. Each scholarship prize will be in the form of a check made payable to the accredited post-secondary institution of higher education attended by the scholarship prize recipient (once the scholarship prize recipient has enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher education and submitted proof of enrollment to the sponsor). Scholarship prize recipients must submit proof of enrollment on or before September 10, 2012. Previous winners may not re-apply.
Selection Criteria: Selection will be based on academic history, extracurricular involvement, and ingenuity of essay entries.
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older at time of application.
- Must be a legal U.S. resident
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Consent to provide a digital photograph of self and quote for display on Frugaldad.com, if required to upon notification of winning the award.
- Answer 5 essay questions (500 words or less)
