Outreach Activities:

  • Via a Maryland Food Stamp Nutrition Education (FSNE) program, Monthly Healthy food selection and budgeting presentations for food stamp eligible participants, primarily seniors in Baltimore City utilizing FSNE Health By Design (healthy eating) and Smart Choice (budgeting) programs.
  • A variety of activities associated with the new FSNE sponsored Public Health Informatics Research Laboratory website for Maryland educators www.eatsmart.umd.edu including updating resource directories and marketing of the site.
