Ms. Beth B Nichols
Agent, 4-H Youth Development

Beth Bubacz Nichols began her career with the Maryland Cooperative Extension- Washington County in April 2006. She came to the to Maryland from North Carolina were she worked for two years with Head Start and three years with the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service in 4-H Youth Development.
Her areas of concentration include: 4-H After-school, school enrichment, reaching under-served populations, community development, volunteer development, and the Junior Master Gardener program.
Beth earned her B.S. in Agricultural and Extension Education with a concentration in Animal Science and a Master’s in Extension Education from North Carolina State University in Raleigh.
