Biodegradation, microbial ecology, and bioremediation of chlorinated organic groundwater contaminants
Improved management and reuse of agricultural, municipal, and industrial residuals
Methods for improving nitrogen conservation and reducing ammonia emissions from animal production facilities

Extension Interests

Management of manure and agricultural ammonia emissions
Treatment and disposal of mortalities and other residuals
Clean-up of pollutants and nutrients in groundwater and storm water
