The Coastal and Marine Resource extension program in AREC is conducted in close partnership with the Maryland Sea Grant Program. The focus of the program is on policies affecting the important commercial and recreational resources of the Chesapeake Bay with a particular emphasis on how changes in water quality and the health of the Bay impact the value of those resources.
