Academic Programs > Ag Day Celebrations

Ag Day occurs on the last Saturday of April every year, and is celebrated in conjunction with the University's annual Maryland Day.
Maryland Day is the culmination of a year-long planning process that involves monthly meetings and countless hours of preparation time.
Ag Day 2009 drew an estimated 77,500 visitors and featured over 415 events across campus. This year's theme was "What's Next?" and focused on the future of AGNR and UM.
